Our assistance service
Thanks to the most modern technological tools, we can provide an assistance service based on remote system control: this activity allows us to monitor the correct functioning of your system (if provided) directly from our operations centre. In this regard, we offer preventive scheduled maintenance contracts on the systems designed and manufactured by Madefrigor, to minimize the need for urgent interventions.

Generally, the system will control and manage all the functions necessary for starting, running and stopping (normal and emergency) of each unit, communicating the data through the telephone and GSM network to the manager.
The development system at the base of the Supervision system will be structured in a Customer/Server development environment, to work in the Windows environment. To ensure system operation even in the event of malfunctions in the computerized management system, selectors, pushbuttons, indicator lights and accessories required for the manual operation of the various machines will be provide
